About Us

Markham Woods Association is a 501 © 3  representing the homes along Markham Woods Road since 2009.  Our purpose is to maintain the rural nature of our neighborhood and to represent the home owners. 

We were instrumental when it was proposed to change Markham Woods Road to 4 lanes and we were able to convince the county government to maintain it as two lanes with turn lanes. 

Zoned A-1 the homes must be one acre lots or larger.
