Markham Woods Association is organized and operated to preserve and enhance the semi-rural character, the low-density residential zoning, the quality of life, the beauty and the natural resources in the Markham Woods Road area.

This includes continuation of policies that allow only residential development of detached single family homes that are either each located on a minimum one (1) acre lot with overall density of no more than one (1) home per net buildable acre, or that are clustered on lots smaller than one (1) acre, but include dedicated open space in their Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning district such that the overall density of the PUD equals not more than one (1) home per net buildable acre

Tomorrow night at Heathrow Country Club 7:00pm, we will have our annual meeting.  Tricia Setzer from Seminole County and her team will explain the new Bear Management Ordinance and it's impact on residents along Markham Woods Rd.  Chief Dennis Lemma of Seminole County Sheriff's office will also talk about community policing and other issues such as aggressive pan handlers. Please join us.  The address is 1200 Bridgewater Dr. Lake Mary, FL  32746
